Terms of service

PassFirst.sg (UEN 202303669K) is an exam-preparation platform for CMFAS and related insurance examinations, combining an online question bank with free face-to-face revision classes in Singapore.

• Our questions are original and exam-style — they are not actual exam questions.
• We are an independent provider. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF) or the Singapore College of Insurance (SCI).
• Passing your exam depends on your own preparation. We work hard to help, but we cannot and do not guarantee that you will pass.

Your account is for your individual use. Keep your login to yourself — sharing an account (or reselling access) isn’t allowed, and we may suspend accounts that are shared. You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your login.

Plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — there is no auto-renewal. Each plan gives access to its modules for a fixed period from the date of purchase:

• Single Module — S$45, 2 months of access.
• Combo — Any 2 — S$75, 3 months of access.
• FA Starter Bundle — S$110, 4 months of access.

When access expires you keep your account, but the question bank for that plan is locked until you purchase again. Payments are processed by Stripe. If something has gone wrong with a purchase, message us on WhatsApp at +65 9337 2827 — refunds are handled case-by-case, and we aim to be fair.

Please don’t:

• copy, scrape, or bulk-download questions, explanations or cheat sheets;
• share, republish or resell any part of the content or your access;
• probe, disrupt or attempt to bypass the platform’s security or payment flow;
• use the platform for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these rules.

All content on PassFirst.sg — questions, explanations, cheat sheets, class materials and the site itself — belongs to us or our licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study, and nothing more.

We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill, but on an “as available” basis — occasional downtime or errors can happen, and syllabus changes by examination bodies are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. For how we handle your personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
